About me

Welcome to my blog!  I invite you to join me as I journal through the projects in my life.  I live in Montana with my husband, a.k.a. Captain Marvelous, or Cap'n Marv for short.  We share our home with the head of ranch security, Phoebe the Wonder Dog and the reigning feline, Queen of the Upstairs, Luna.  The Cap'n and I have four children.  Daughter Grace lives in Alaska with her husband Isaac and 5 of our beautiful, precious grandbabies, Abigail, Rebecca, Micah, Eliana and Lydia.  Son Trent and Cassie live in Bozeman with their fur-baby Ebn, a very well  behaved black lab.  Daughter Lindsey lives near us with husband Ronnie and our sweet grandson Aedan, with a new little one expected next January.  Daughter Morgan went to heaven after a car accident in 2009 at age 19.  We miss her every day and look forward to a sweet reunion one glorious day.

I love having projects.  Let me clarify...I love starting projects.  The actual finishing of said projects can sometimes be a little elusive.  Unfortunately it is my tendency to have lots of interests and bounce around from one thing to the next, which can be loads of fun, but can make the actual completion of a project quite challenging.  My goal  here is to document my projects and gain a sense of accomplishment by seeing the progress in each one.
